Unable to disable any countries
Within Shop > Countries > Country eg Australia the checkbox to Enable keeps reverting back to checked if you uncheck to disable that country. How are you supposed to disable countries appearing in the list when going through the checkout?

I've not updated the changelog yet, as I'm on holiday. I'll try to do it soon, but it's nothing major, just small fixes.

Possibly a related bug is that Tax Locations persist in the drop down select box via "perch_shop_location_form();" even after they've been well and truly deleted in control panel.
When I display that form I'm getting a bunch of tax locations I was previously using for testing such as "Test Tax Location" and "Albania" !
