Wondering if anyone is using or knows of a good, relatively inexpensive CRM package that can be integrated with perch... even if it means creating a simple external link in the backend.

What sort of features are you looking for?
Targeted Email and Social Marketing primarily. The client also wishes to sell on specific data collected from forms.... perch forms!
If you collect data via the Forms app, that can be exported as CSV.
Hi Drew. Yeah I know. I love the functionality and how easy it is to deploy and utilise perch forms. As good as the client is, I'm dealing with technophobes on a limited budget. Need a lot more automation to suit there needs.....
Actually!? Can I do that?.... if a perch form is filled out can I point it to another database?
You'd need to build an app to do that.
I wouldn't start with perch for that. You need a comprehensive mail / messaging / app etc. But you should look at https://grabaperch.com/add-ons/apps/mailchimp before playing on the street.
