All the necessary functionality is already there in Perch as you can already control the <title> and <meta> tags (in 'Page Details') and the rest is just down to good content.
You might want to check that /perch/templates/pages/attributes/seo.html is in place. This was added a few releases ago and if you've done some updates from earlier versions you may have missed adding this (as we did on some sites).
