Podcast App - Allow Users with Non-Admin Roles to "Add Episode"

It appears that only users with the role of Admin can see the "Add Episode" button, even when all options for Podcast App management are checked in the Role settings for, for example, the Editor role. Can we make the "Add Episode" function available to non-Admin role users?
