More than one gallery?
Does anyone know of a way to install more than one gallery to a site?
I'm using the Gallery app and essentially have it configured for my client to be able to add in used plant equipment items for sale

So as they add new items for sale they appear in the dynamic nav etc
This all works fine but I would now like to install a new plant gallery in much the same way so individual new items can be put for sale. Its not as simple as just duplicating the gallery folder and calling it new and changing the templates so any ideas on a work around? is it possible or not?

Don't think you can do this without a hack.
But why not use Albums? Use slug for link and Album details for sale item info.

There would be other ways to set this up too... As content, not a gallery, using repeating regions.

Thanks so much Stuart, that in theory sounds doable but it's been that long since I set it up i've forgotten!
May be a silly question but will that work as I need used items to show on here only

Forgotten how to do repeating regions too I think but will look that up as that may work

You can add multiple albums, and you can add fields to the albums to enable you to filter them in different ways.
