New minimal responsive portfolio 'theme' for Perch

I wanted to play around with the latest version of Perch, so I created a minimal portfolio theme as an example. You can see it by going to https://perch-theme.cliftwalker.co.uk

As it's something I wanted other people to use if they wanted to, I've also created a blog post talking you through setting this theme up on your own Perch installation as well as all the template files you need. The design is responsive but only at a very basic level as I just wanted to create a simple example that other people could build on. Take a look and let me know what you think.
