Duplicate file upload window in assets

Hi

When using perch 3 I'm having an issue that whenever I'm uploading assets within a region and click the "Drop Files anywhere to upload" it opens 2 windows showing me the files to browse on my computer and not just one window, this means I'm having to close one everytime I'm uploading assets into different regions.

There doesn't seem to be an issue when uploading assets via the main assets panel as only one window shows so this works as expected.

Do you know what might be causing this?
