Two Primary Admin accounts?

For some reason I have two primary admin accounts. Each have different email addresses. How can I get rid of one of them?

If I can't do it from within Perch can I delete the account within the SQL database? If so, what should I be looking for?

It looks like the perch2_users table is where user in is stored. Is it safe to simply delete the extra user account from within phpMyAdmin?
