Upload data select entries to database

I'm developing a site for a recruitment agency and need to give them a way to add jobs to the jobs list. I'm setting up a "data select" field for each of the following fields in the job definition: Category Area Type Office

which I think will give them the facility to add, delete items in those "Select Lists" on the "Job Search" form on the public side.

My question is, Is there a way to do a bulk upload of the dataselect options rather than have to add them by hand?
