Diagnostics Health Check

It would be really useful if the Health Check could tell you about the apps you have installed and if the version you are currently running is out of date in a similar way to it telling you your perch version is out of date.

I know it lists your version number in the summary part however this doesn't tell you that there is a new version available. I have quite a number of perch sites running now and it would make the update process simpler if you knew which apps also need updated at the same time you update the core files without having to look up the apps pages.
