Editing Events with full events permissions as an Editor +add event on right doe...

All health checks are good

Editors have been given permission to work with the events. But when they get to the events page the +add event button on the top far right is not there. The work around right now is allowing them to be administrators which is not acceptable. How do I fix this so the +add event button comes up with editor status?
