Minor display bug: "Drop files here or click to upload"

Not sure where to report Perch bugs, but here's a little one in case not already known. (Is bug reporting better off in an email?)

The "drop files here" message is hidden after the first upload, leaving a blank box on subsequent uploads.

In cases where more than one image is uploaded for a region or product, only the first uploaded image shows the message. The div is stuck with display:none after first image...

I think this bug emerged after last Perch update, but I could be wrong.

BTW, something might be up with the support.grabaperch.com domain, it times out for me. Had to use Google cache to see the forum formatting help page. Happened the other day too.
