'Page already exists, or is a link only' option missing from Master Page drop do...

Hello,

The subject says it all, really. This is my first time using Runway and I can't find a way to create a link to an external source. I've done a search here and found hints that this is something you can configure in Runway but can't seem to find anything in the docs.

Have I broken something or is this something I have to configure?
