Switched host, can't access Perch Admin

I recently switched a site to a new host (Justhost) and used their site transfer option. I now get only a blank screen when entering www.owmithaca.com/perch. (The actual index page and inside pages work OK ) I followed the setup directions and got a green light, had Justhost troubleshoot the config file and all is OK there. I am getting this error message from the error_log:
