Can Perch 2 run on MySQL 5.7

I have some websites still running Perch 2. I dont want to upgrade them yet.

My server is currently running MySQL 5.4 and I want to upgrade to MySQL 5.7

Will my Perch 2 websites still run on MySQL 5.7

I believe so, but you'd be best to test it first.
