Dynamic subject line on emails sent using Forms add-on

Is it possible to use fields from a form to create a dynamic subject line? For example could I use the value entered into the name field from a form in the subject line?

Hello Andrew,

Yes, it is. If you have an input field with the ID visitor_name, your dynamic subject line can be Demo request by {visitor_name}.
