Record of user log in times
Helllo,
The User page shows when each user last logged in. Is a log of this information stored anywhere so that I can see when a user has logged in over the past week?

There isn't. What would that be useful for?
To show what time someone maliciously logged in and deleted everything.
Sounds very odd! Are you sure that is what happened or could your hosting have been compromised/had some issue and data deleted directly from the database? Or even someone logged in to PHPMyAdmin or similar and deleted stuff from tables. I once had a client who deleted a bunch of stuff from their database via that route and told me they were tidying up stuff!
A possible way to investigate would be via server access logs. Your server logs would give you IP addresses etc. if someone actually did log into Perch and delete stuff you would see in the logs the paths to the pages and delete pages etc. so that would give you times and potentially IP address.
