Limit users to a single collection?

Hi

Is it possible to limit a user login to access and edit a single collection?

I have a website with a job vacancy collection. My client wants to give a third party access to this part of the website only. They don't want them to see any pages or anything else when logged into the CMS.

Is this possible in Perch 3?
