Any interim steps needed or "gotchas" for update from 2.1 to current (2.8.13)?
I'll be upgrading a Perch installation from 2.1 to current (2.8.13) very soon.
I saw this on the update page "If updating from a very old version it is safe to update in one go, but please review the older update notes to make sure you don’t miss instructions." There are SO many updates between 2.1 to current... reviewing all the update notes would be an error-prone chore... anyone have any "gotchas" come to mind I can look out for?
Be sure to update your apps at the same time. I think 2.5 had the most changes, so check that one.
Make a backup and do the upgrade in dev before pushing it live.
