HELP blank screen

I am not sure what has changed. I thought I had only uploaded a template file but now I have a blank screen after I login. Can you please give me some guidance as to where the problem may be. My config.php file seems ok and I reinstalled the core and a new version to try and solve the issue but nothing has worked. My page is completely blank so I can't see debug or any errors.
