Top level region titles

Is it possible to add a title column at region level?

Rather then page>region>multiple item

Ideally I would like to added a column that would grab the value from a select field. So when a user clicks on a page they would see the region name, type ,items and in my case whether or the section is displayed on the site. Which is set via select button within the region.
