hide pages to some editors

I know it is a strange question, but would it be possible to disalow certain users to view some pages in the listing page. I am trying to use perch for more than one client, in order to give each of them access to a content area, so they can write their content in the first phase of their website construction. The other clients shouldn't be able to see all the pages.
