Chirp 1.2 Release

Hi all,

I'm exploring ways to integrate with Perch more and more with each release, and Perch 1.2.1 introduces a fieldtype to showcase the traffic lights within the "Details" tab of Perch. This allows for deep integration, whilst keeping Perch's experience consistent.
