Deleted Address Not Updating for Order Address Selection

Hello! Firstly, THANK YOU for shop 1.0.10 (tax solved, WOW)!

I have updated my Shop App and I'm using perch_shop_delete_adddress() to successfully delete an address from my "Address Book" (shop/addresses/list.html)

When I test my checkout flow, the previously deleted customer addresses still appear in perch_shop_order_address_form();

Am I missing something? Thank you!
