Perch Shop - Stripe Charges

Hi There,

We have recently launched a new website using the Shop app (https://thebigblueswim.com/) They've had a few bookings from Australia and the United States. But the transactions Stripe charge is around £4 a transaction plus a %.

Is there a way we could add some sort of tax for customers paying for goods in different currencies?
