Blog Users - Multiple Users, Same Email

I came across an issue with the users. One person will be handling the blog posts, but posting for several of the managers, who will not be actually logging in and handling posts and accepting comments and such. However, when I went to setup the multiple users and use the same email address for them all the system won't allow because the email address is already in use on another user. How can I get around this?
