License Key Issue

Hello,

I have a few Perch licenses in my account and I seem to have inadvertently deactivated one for a client of ours and we can now no longer login to the admin area. How do you recommend we go about fixing this? I have tried adding the URL to the licenses I think are currently not assigned to any sites, but have had no luck.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
