Domain not valid for this license.

OK, so I developed a website in a sub directory (domain alias) which I know is not a good idea but I did. I have now changed all links through the website and put the website live. I have also just changed the licence details but when I try and log in it says the site is not valid for this domain. Any ideas because I can't log in or see any perch content. The DNS was only just changed for this domain today but seems to have propagated. Any ideas why I can't log in?

I think you have an errant trailing slash on your domain name in the license settings.

Oops, yes, so I have Perch up and running, but now all the page links are still trying to link to the old subdomain and new duplicate pages are appearing in the navigation when I visit a new page as it's remembering the old location. My pages are blank also. Does anything in the database need to be altered at all?

Scrap that, I'm a donut! And I'm also never building in a subfolder again!!!
