Perch PageList

I'm using standard Perch with PageList field type added and I have a query.

PageList appears to copy the page details when the content region is saved. Any changes to anything thereafter (Page Title, Location), are not reflected until the pageList content region is saved again.

Is there are way around this so any saves to a page referenced by pageList are reflected in real time?
