Runway category search

Can categories be included in searchable content when visitors to a website perform a search?

Scenario: I've got a website that has a lot of top level categories, sub categories and then products. Some categories and sub categories are an overview of a product range, but won't have individual products. A customer would still need to be able to find details of that product range overview if they searched for it.

Is this possible, or would I have to tackle the structure in a different way?
