adding separators or dividers to perch blocks
I'm using perch blocks to allow a user to select different items to add to a page so they can build the page on the fly. But, I have quite a few blocks they can choose. Is there anyway to group them, or add a title, or a rule separator or divider? I'd like the user to see something that says "ADD COLUMNS TO YOUR PAGE" then under that the perch blocks for 2 Columns, 3 Columns, 4 Columns, ADD A PARALAX IMAGE TO YOUR PAGE and then the perch blocks for 1 Column Txt, 2 Columns Txt, 3 Columns Txt, 4 Columns Txt.

I think your out of luck on that one. While divider-before and divider-after will work on the fields within a block, there is no way to add dividers between blocks, and with the limitation of only a single perch:blocks, it just won't be possible.
Now, this is where I have to say I have code from another perch developer which uses JavaScript and an ui addon to add this functionality. Let's see what other answers come before going deeper into this option.
There's no built in way to do that.
