Hello,
I am trying to create a website with private documents, however my assets can be accessed by simply typing the url in. Is there a way to only make these documents accessible if a user is logged into perch or my website?

Yes, this is something the Members app offers. You'll need to be able to store files above the website root to make use of it.

The first thing to do is install the Members app. Once you have that up and running, the docs you want are here:
