Help - Perch has just frozen on me

My perch install has just frozen completely on me while I was uploading a small image.

I now can not access Perch or the website at all. Other areas of the same server are accessible.

Is there a way to reset Perch or stop this from being frozen?

I have a meeting with my client in 45 mins and need it to be working.
