Sub Folders not showing in list

I've set up a system so the user can add pages with editable regions. It's currently adding a subfolder in a folder for clean URLs

e.g. about/something/index.php about/something-else/index.php

It creates these pages, only they don't show up in the list of pages with editable regions. If I filter by region type I can see them. They do appear if they are not within a subfolder. Any idea what might be causing this?

I'm using the latest version of perch and the "this page will have more pages below it" to create the subfolder.

Thanks

Are there any gaps in the tree?

Ok, I've created the 'about' page using perch rather than using the pre-existing page and then can create sub pages from there to get them to show up.

Thanks anyway

Perch can't show the tree if there are pieces missing in the middle. The solution is to add the missing page within Perch, selecting the "page already exists" option.
