Product Catalog in Runway
Just a quick question about what would be the best approach for setting up a product catalog in Runway.
The products will be list and detail pages with information only, no need for any e-commerce facilities.
I'm looking at having 10+ product categories and 12 to 20 products in each category.
Would it be best to have a collection for each "category", or to have one collection called "products" and organise these using the categories app?
This is my first Runway site and wanted to check whether there are any advantages/disadvantages to using collections over categories?
I would but the products in a collection and then categorise them with categories.
Collections are repositories for content. Categories are for describing and grouping content that is held somewhere else.
