Where can one edit the perch shop perch_stock_status available options?
The stock level is set on the product edit page.

I think you're misunderstanding me.
I know there's a stock status list on the product edit page, but how can i edit the option content. I.E. we need need "unlimited", we want to rename "In stock" etc etc.
Those aren't configurable currently.
Ok bummer, imho they should at least be translatable.
Sure, that would be a nice addition. We can't do everything in v1.
You can of course add your own field for this.
