Form Honeypot and Email Notifications

I have a customer receiving lots of form spam. If I configure the honeypot feature will an email notification still be sent if a bot fills in this hidden field?

Hi Ryan,

No, an email notification will not be sent, because the form submission will be considered spam if the honeypot field is filled in.
