Blog categories missing

Hi, I just installed the blog plugin, a fresh install of both perch and the plugin. When I go to Apps -> Blog I do not get a link to the categories. I only have links to Add/Edit, Comments, Authors, and Sections. Even if I enter the URL directly in the browser it I get a 404 page. perch/addons/apps/perch_blog/categories/

From the videos and docs I don't see any config to get this to show.

In the latest version the categories are centralised in the Categories app.

Hi.

I'm new to Perch and have installed Perch and Blog. I see that Categories are part of Perch. But it seems that Categories don't show up when I'm creating/editing a blog post.Is this something that is an easy fix? Or maybe I'm missing something simple.

Perch: 2.8.21, PHP: 5.6.16, MySQL: 5.5.46-37.5, with PDO Server OS: Linux, litespeed Installed apps: content (2.8.21), assets (2.8.21), categories (2.8.21), perch_blog (5.0) App runtimes: <?php $apps_list = array( 'content', 'categories', 'perch_blog', );
