Meta title not showing on Blog index page

We have noticed that the meta tag on our blog index page is not showing. It shows when you click through to a blog post, just not the main index page. Has anyone had similar issues or are we missing some code or configuration setting. Here is the page: https://www.whittledesignstudio.com/blog/
