Feature request - be able to click to view a collection item

Just a feature request, wasn't sure where else to add this. But add the ability to view per items in collections. I often use Collections for news or other elements that often extend to full pages (like list and details) so it would be nice to be able to click and view the collection item from the backend. Like you can in list and details and blog posts. Guess it would need to use the slug set in the options, if this isn't set then perhaps hide this functionality? As I am aware not all collections result in end pages.
