Can I add help to Shop App (PayPal) product template items?
Can help text be added to the predetermined fields in the product template, or indeed to the top of the product edit form?
I'd like to give 'on-page' guidance to formatting the product code and also guidance on product images. Neither adding help attributes to the fields nor perch:help block to the product.html template appear to have any effect.
Help added to custom product fields works as expected.

I don't think that app supports that currently, no.
Thanks for confirming. I think I can misuse the en-gb language file to achieve what I need without doing too much damage.
As a related aside/possible feature request: Is it possible to overwrite (or safe to make use of) the help.php template in the root of an app? As it stands, there's an empty section on the Help & support page for Forms and this Shop app.
Yes, you can do that. You'll need to look out for it when upgrading though.
