Perch update error

Updated to perch_v2.8.25 and at the end got these errors. It updated ok, are these MySQL errors and should they be fixed and if so how do I fix them?

ALTER TABLE perch2_categories CHANGE catDisplayPath catDisplayPath CHAR(255) NOT NULL DEFAULT '' SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'swimkint_kintyre.perch2_categories' doesn't exist
