Perch 2 license not recognized when upgrading to Runway

To preface — I’m speaking on behalf of my client, so apologies if this is a bit irregular.

I’m in the process of converting her Perch site to Runway and requested that she upgrade her Perch license to a Runway license. Apparently, the option to upgrade was refused her — she received a message that her license was a Perch 1 license. She just went ahead and gamely paid for a full Runway license (no upgrade), but I’ve checked her invoice history and she clearly purchased a Perch 2 license in April 2014. Is there a way to refund her the overcharge? I can provide more details, if necessary.
