Is there a way that the Perch Blog can be used to schedule posts and they be posted automatically on the date and time chosen?

Yes, just set the date to a future date.
Sorry if that seemed like a stupid question. I had a client do that and said it wasn't working so I thought perhaps it wasn't a built in functionality. I'll look into again. Thanks!
