Members App - if you change the profile template significantly will it auto upda...
Need to know about the Members App profile template and the relationship to the database.
I would like to add mailing address, city, state, zip, phone, fax, website as additional fields in the profile for the members app so I can use that information elsewhere on the website and the members have the ability to update that information themselves. Does the database auto add new files or I have to add them manually?
Carol, There is really no limit to the number of "Fields" you can have in a form. The database knows how to handle additional "Fields". In your question you refer to "Fields" but then you call them "Files".
Are we talking about "Fields" or "Files"??

Any additional field you add into the profile template can be reused or pulled into another page. I have a client site with fields for street address, city, state, phone number, and personal interests.
