Install Perch locally without a license?

Hopefully a quick one.

I'd like to install Perch Runway locally, I remember reading something about being able to run Perch locally without buying a license.

If I remember correctly, It's restricted by domain.

• What are the 'safe' local domains to use to run Perch Runway locally without a license?
• Is there a page on the website you can direct me to about this?
