Post to Facebook, Twitter, etc

Hi,

I was wondering if there are any plans (or perhaps it's already implemented) to add a feature to the Blog app that would allow you to post a link to Twitter, Facebook, etc when you post a new article?

Perhaps this is taking Perch a step too far, but I would imagine a good number of people who are writing blog articles would also be posting links to the articles on social media.
