Tiny MCE editor doesn't load in latest Blog

Recently upgraded to latest Perch and Blog. For some reason, the Tiny MCE editor doesn't load in Blog posts, but loads fine on other pages???

Upgraded Blog from version 4.0.3 to 4.6 Perch from 2.7.10 to 2.8.3

This loads editor on another page:

<perch:content id="workshop-text" type="textarea" label="Workshop Content" editor="tinymce" html="true" order="2" size="xl" />

This doesn't in Blog... ?

<perch:blog id="postDescHTML" label="Blog Post" type="textarea" editor="tinymce" html="true" size="xxl" required="true" />
