Twitter not updating

Hi,

I am having an issue where the twitter cron updates are not working on a site. I have the following cron job:

php /home/yortonfa/public_html/admin/core/scheduled/run.php u365nW8az8ncy9cs

Which gives the following error:

X-Frame-Options: deny
X-XSS-Protection: 1; mode=block
X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff
Content-type: text/html; charset=UTF-8

I also tried this (I remember this working on another server):

php /home/yortonfa/public_html/admin/core/scheduled/run.php?secret=u365nW8az8ncy9cs

Which gives this error:

Status: 404 Not Found

No input file specified.

Manually fetching the tweets is working fine. Any ideas what might be causing the issue? My full diagnostics are below. I can get on to the host if the problem is with them but wanted to check I wasn't doing something wrong here first.
