How can I recover an old grabaperch.com account?

I took a long vacation from web development and let my old domain/email expire. Now I'm back without my old passwords or access to my old email address. Some robot auto-bought the domain once it expired. I have a grabaperch.com account with several licenses still in it that I would like to access. Also would like continuity with old forum posts.

How can I go about verifying that I am who I say I am and get access to the old account?
